Children’s Mental Health Awareness week is 1-7 Feb 2021.
This years theme is “Express yourself” which is about promoting awareness of looking after your own mental health in different ways. Expressing yourself is about finding ways to share feelings, thoughts and ideas through creativity. This could be through art, music, writing, poetry, dance, drama, photography, film and doing activities that make you feel good.
Below is a timetable we will be following at school, this has some great ideas for activities to do with your children.
