Key Stage 1
Hello and a big welcome to our mixed Year 1 and 2 classes!
We’re so excited to start a new school year with you. Whether you’re joining us from Reception or moving up from Year 1, this year will be full of fun, friendship, and fantastic learning.
Being in a mixed-age class is really special. It gives everyone the chance to learn with and from each other. Year 1s will have great role models to learn from, and our Year 2s can shine as leaders, helping others while deepening their own understanding. We work as a team, support one another, and celebrate everyone's progress. We’ll be singing songs, telling stories, solving puzzles, creating artwork, and having lots of fun while we learn.
