TB SPORT Holiday Club's are OFSTED registered and childcare compliant, offering childcare to 3-12 years old. Children are guaranteed a safe, fun filled, action packed day. 

All clubs are run by qualified, enhanced DBS and first aid trained staff. 

 

What to expect within our holiday clubs 

Each day on our Holiday Club will be packed full of sports, games and craft activities no matter what the theme day is, we will always offer variety and an alternative choice for your children. 

We welcome children's arrival between 8am and 9am, where our team leaders will then welcome you and get you signed in.

Monday to Thursday - Children's pick-up time is then between 5pm and 6pm and last collection is 6pm. 

Friday - Children's pick up time is between 4pm and 5pm and last collection 5pm 

(Please note- you are able to drop off and pick up outside of these hours if required)

Monday to Thursday- £26.50 per child, per day

Friday- £23.99 per child, per day

What to Bring Children must only bring the following items to holiday club; 

Please ensure all items of clothing are named so we are able to return any lost property. One bag containing;

+ A lunchbox - Please provide your child(ren) with a packed lunch and plenty of drinks for throughout the day - we suggest a refillable water bottle and we will be able to help them refill this during the day. (We operate a nut free school policy)

+ Appropriate and spare clothing (please plan for all weathers) and footwear (trainers) and a coat, as we spend as much time outside as possible. Please ensure all items of clothing are named so we are able to return any lost property.

+ Any medication that will be needed throughout the day. Please make our staff aware of medical needs and medication provided on drop off so we can monitor this throughout the day. Only medication that is Doctor prescribed is allowed to be administered to children during the holiday club day. A form must also be completed upon arrival.

+ At TB SPORT holiday clubs, we embrace inclusivity and welcome all children. If your child has Special Educational Needs and requires additional support, we kindly request that provide this information within the child's registration on Magic booking and for you contact us to share more information.

At TB SPORT, we prioritise the best interests of every child, striving to create a nurturing and enjoyable atmosphere where all can flourish. Whenever possible, we will do everything we can to ensure that every child can access our services and enjoy a wonderful experience.  

+ Your child(ren) are able to bring scooters and helmets for all venues - no helmet, no scooting! Please ensure all scooters are in good repair and working order. Please note the scooter areas are not suitable for bikes.

+ Please note we do not allow children to bring mobile phones or any electronic devices to our holiday clubs.

+ If your child brings any personal items such as fidget toys, teddies, please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any damaged or lost items

 

Making a booking with TB SPORT and useful information

To register or make a booking please use the following link BOOKING

You will have the ability to create your account, which will allow you to make or cancel bookings, access past booking details, and review your payment (including invoices/payment proof) history anytime, day or night- 24.7. Additionally, you'll have complete control over your personal information and that of your children, including healthcare plans, emergency contact details, authorised collectors, and communication preferences.

Bookings

You can easily manage your bookings online, allowing you to amend or cancel them without the need to send emails or call us.

Payments

Payments can be made through the previous methods, including bank or credit card at checkout, or by using childcare vouchers and the Tax-Free Childcare (TFC) scheme. You will be able to incorporate your childcare voucher and TFC at the time of booking; just enter the total amount of your booking.

Remember, you will still need to instruct your childcare voucher or Tax-Free scheme to process the payment to us.

Cancellation Policy- Credit/refunds can be given to those who cancellation sessions 24 hours prior to the booking starting.
